What happens if package tracking says it has been delivered, but the customer claims he did not receive it?

If the tracking shows that a package has been delivered, but your customer claims to have not received it, please check the following information:
 

• The order could be delivered to the post office;
• It's ready for pick-up in a pick-up box;
• Was delivered by mistake to a neighbor;
• The delivery address provided is correct.

Sometimes, packages are delivered to remote locations, so we recommend reaching out to the shipping company for more details on where the package was left.
