What if my customer made a mistake entering the delivery address?

If your customer entered the wrong address, we can still change it as long as the order hasn’t shipped. But if it’s already on its way, there’s nothing we can do if it's been ordered with Economy.

If the order was placed with Express, your customer can contact the shipping company and update the delivery address even after it's been shipped.
