Please note that you need to connect your WooCommerce store to Podbase before adding products.

Step 1: Create a Product in Podbase
Before adding a product to WooCommerce, you’ll first need to create it inside your Podbase account.

Step 2: Add the Product to WooCommerce
After creating your product, it’s time to push it to your WooCommerce store.

Go to your Products page in.

Find the item you want to add to your store.

Click on the “Add to WooCommerce” button on the right side of the product info bar.
The system will automatically generate product mockups and upload product data (title, description, variants, pricing, and images) to your WooCommerce store.
Step 3: Review Imported Product in WooCommerce
Now, log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard to review the imported product.

Navigate to Products → All Products.

You’ll find your newly imported item listed as a Published.
Step 5: Manage Updates and Syncs
If you make changes to your product in Podbase - such as pricing or variants - these updates will be synced with your WooCommerce store automatically.
Important Considerations for WooCommerce Listings

You can upload multiple mockup images per product — all generated images from Podbase will be included for "designing on" product.

Make sure your shipping zones and tax settings in WooCommerce are correctly configured before publishing.
