How do I bulk import products?

Bulk import lets you create many products at once by filling out a .csv template instead of building each product by hand. You'll find it under Products in the top-left corner.

Before you start

• Your email address must be verified. If it isn't, verify it first or the import won't run.
• Your file must be a .csv. Other formats won't be picked up.
• Your file must be 5 MB or smaller.
• You can import up to 500 products per file. That's 501 lines in total, since the first line is the header row.

📌 Exporting from Google Sheets or Excel? Use Save as / Download as CSV rather than renaming a file to .csv. A renamed file won't be recognised.

Step 1: Pick your product

Select the product you want to bulk import from the list.

📌 Different products need different fields, so download the .csv template after you've selected your product. The template is built for that specific product.

Step 2: Fill out the .csv template

Download the template and fill in one row per product you want to create.

Keep the header row exactly as it comes in the template. Don't rename, reorder or delete columns, and don't remove the header row. The import reads the header to work out what each column is.

Tags

Tags are the one optional field. To add them, put them in a single cell separated by commas: "tag1, tag2, tag3". To skip them, leave the cell empty.

Price

Price is required and takes up to two decimal places, for example 24.99. If you enter a price lower than the minimum for that variant, we'll set it to the minimum instead.

Print file columns

Most products need one print file, in a column called Print_File_Main. Two products need more than one, so their template comes with a column per slot:

• Earphones case — Print_File_Front and Print_File_Back
• Posters (no frame) — Print_File_Square, Print_File_Rectangle and Print_File_Long_Rectangle

Every other product uses Print_File_Main on its own. Your template will already have the right columns, so the quickest check is to fill in every print file column it gives you.

Step 3: Add your print file links

Print file columns need a share link to your artwork, hosted on Google Drive or OneDrive.

Your artwork needs to be:

• A PNG or JPEG
• 50 MB or smaller
• Under 66,965,063 pixels in total (width × height). That's sized for our largest poster, so anything that fits a poster will fit every other product.

⚠️ The file must be shared so that anyone with the link can view it. If it's private, the import will fail.

Google Drive

1. Right-click the file and choose Share.
2. Set access to Anyone with the link.
3. Click Copy link and paste it into your .csv.

OneDrive

1. Select the file and choose Share.
2. Set it to Anyone with the link can view.
3. Click Copy link and paste it into your .csv.

Step 4: Upload and review

Once you upload your .csv, you'll be asked to review everything before anything is created. You'll see:

• The store ID you're importing the products into
• The products you're about to import
• A summary of your .csv file

Check that the store ID is correct, then click Start import.

Step 5: Fix anything marked red

If something is missing or incorrect, that field is marked in red with a short note explaining what's wrong. Correct it in your .csv, upload the file again, and start the import.

Good to know

• Large imports take time. Depending on how many products you're creating, it can take a while for them all to generate and appear in your Products tab.
• Double-check your print file sharing settings before you upload. It's the most common reason an import fails.
• Got more than 500 products? Split them across several files and import them one after the other.
