Why do I see two tracking numbers for my order?
At this time, only the FedEx tracking number is sent to customers through our integrations, but both tracking numbers are always accessible within the order details. We’re actively working to add notifications for the second tracking number. Thank you for your patience.
When shipping to the US, two tracking numbers are generated because your package is handled by two different carriers during its journey.
1. What does “Shipping to US” (FedEx) mean?
-
FedEx transports your order in bulk from our facility to the US.
-
This stage appears in your order menu as “Shipping to US.”
- If you’re using any of our integrations and have set up confirmation emails, your customers will automatically receive a notification that their order is shipped.
-
Estimated transit time: 4–6 business days.
2. What happens when the package reaches the US?
-
Once FedEx delivers your package to our internal US warehouse, we process the package and send it out using USPS
-
Scanning and processing your package usually takes 1 business day.
3. Why do I get a second tracking number?
-
As soon as USPS receives your package, a new tracking number is generated.
-
This tracking number will appear in your order page, and your order status will update to “Fulfilled.”
- USPS typically delivers within 2–4 business days, depending on the location.
