What to do if my tracking status hasn’t updated
If your shipping status hasn't been updated for some time, consider the following:
- If your shipment was recently dispatched, it may take 24-36 hours for the tracking number to reflect the update.
- For shipments traveling internationally (such as to the United States, Canada, Australia, etc.), the status may remain "Preparing for air transport" as it is either being prepared or already en route to the destination country.
If your status has not changed for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team for further investigation at support@podbase.com.
