What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, please take pictures/film products and submit a claim to support@podbase.com.  Once we verify the damages, we will ship replacement goods at no expense to you or offer a part refund etc.

If something arrives damaged, please snap some photos or take a video of the products and send a claim to support@podbase.com.

Once we confirm the damages, we’ll either send you replacement items at no cost or offer a partial refund.
