What if an order gets lost in the mail?

If a package gets lost in transit, please make sure to submit your claim within 30 days of placing the order.

We’ll look into it, but it’s a good idea to check with your customer first to confirm that the delivery address was correct.

We also suggest that your customer contact our shipping company for updates on the delivery status.

If the order couldn’t be delivered because of an address mistake and the package comes back to us, you'll be able to send it out again after paying for shipping once more.
