For all packages lost in transit, you have to submit your claim 30 days from ordering day. We will investigate the matter, however, please make sure you contact your customer and check if the delivery address has been correct.
If a package gets lost in transit, please make sure to submit your claim within 30 days of placing the order.
We’ll look into it, but it’s a good idea to check with your customer first to confirm that the delivery address was correct.
We also suggest that your customer contact our shipping company for updates on the delivery status.
If the order couldn’t be delivered because of an address mistake and the package comes back to us, we’ll give you a partial refund for your order.
