If packaged tracking show an item has been delivered, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it and you will have to resolve this issue with your customer.
If the tracking shows that a package has been delivered, but your customer claims to have not received it, please check the following information:
- The order could be delivered to the post office;
- It's ready for pick-up in a pick-up box;
- Was delivered by mistake to a neighbor;
- The delivery address provided is correct.
Sometimes, packages are delivered to remote locations, so we recommend reaching out to the shipping company for more details on where the package was left.
