If packaged tracking show an item has been delivered, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it and you will have to resolve this issue with your customer.
If the tracking shows that a package has been delivered, we can’t take further action, and you’ll need to work with your customer to resolve the issue.
Sometimes, packages are delivered to remote locations, so we recommend reaching out to the shipping company for more details on where the package was left.
If the package still can’t be found, you’ll need to place a new order.
