- When a customer purchases a product from your shop, the order will be visible in the “Orders & Shipping” section.
- Additionally, this order will be synced with the Podbase system.
- To initiate the production of this order, you must approve it first. Before you proceed with the approval, ensure that you have added your bank card to your Podbase account or funded your Podbase e-wallet, as the order will be charged immediately upon approval.
You can approve the order by clicking on the three-dot icon located on the right side of the order information line.
Alternatively, you can click on the Order ID to access detailed information about the order, where you will also find the “Approve” button.
Once the order is approved, which confirms the payment, it will be sent to production. You can then monitor the status of the order within the Podbase system.
When the order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will be able to access all pertinent information within the order details.
Additionally, the tracking number will be automatically transmitted to your Etsy store and appended to the order details. You can then locate this order in the “Completed” tab.
