How can I amend an order, after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed you cannot amend or change it. If you have imported an order from Shopify and your customer has an updated address. You can follow the flow:

If you've imported an order from Shopify and your customer has provided an updated address, here’s what you can do:

  1. Cancel the order on the Podbase platform. You can only do this before you approve it.
  2. Create a new manual order with the correct information and submit it.
  3. Once the new order is produced and shipped, you'll need to manually fulfill it on Shopify.
  4. Access your Podbase account, get the tracking number, and enter it in the corresponding Shopify order.
