How to prepare print files for Podbase API?

Once orders are sent to Podbase via API, they include product print files and go directly into production. Therefore, each print file must comply with Podbase requirements — otherwise, the prints might come out incorrectly or fail to cover the entire product area.

There are two types of print files:

1. Full-area design

2. Cut-out design

1. Full-area design

You are provided with the print file dimensions for a specific product, and your design must fill the entire area.

For example, the Tough Phone Case requires a print file size of 2000 x 3400 px (width x height).
This entire file area must be covered with your design.

2. Cut-out design

You must keep the given dimensions. Then, fill the entire area with your design and cut out the shape of the specific model — all other areas must be transparent.
