How are returns handled? Comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds? How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange? Where are returns sent? What if the customer's address was wrong? What happens if package tracking says it has been delivered, but the customer claims he did not receive it?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not facilitate returns. Unless it is a special unforeseen quality issue or package could not be delivered. In this occasion please get in touch with our support via chat system or submit a ticket on our system
