What if the product is damaged during shipping?

First of all, sorry for the poor experience. Secondly, if the goods have been damaged contact us via Chat or email us at support@podbase.com. 

We will quickly send you a replacement unit. 

To speed things up, we will require pictures in order for us to ship out replacement, so please make sure get those before reaching out to customer support.
