What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For all packages lost in transit, you have to submit your claim 30 days from ordering day. 

We will investigate the matter, however, please make sure you contact your customer and check if the delivery address has been correct.


In addition, we would recommend your customer to get in touch with our shipping company for clarification about the order delivery status. 

If the order could not have been delivered due to a mistake in address and the package is returned to us. You will receive a partial refund for your order.
