What happens if the customer claims the package has not been delivered, but tracking says it was?

First, we will always try to find the best solution for all parties. But in this event, Podbase would not be held responsible and we would not reship or refund goods.


We would advise the customer to reach out to the delivery company for details about the package. Secondly, we would also make inquiries and see if we get any updates.

On rare occasions, the package could have been left in a remote location/neighbour, so the customer should investigate this option. Finally, if there was no luck locating the missing package, you will need to place another order.
