How are returns handled? Comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?

In both cases, as all our products are printed on demand and are unique to your ordered design, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. 

You can request to return goods to your address and sell it/ship them via your internal shipping channels to other customers. For any returns please contact support@podbase.com.
